OUR VISION

Overcoming Racism’s mission is to aid our partners in developing the capacity and orientation to equity that allows them to create institutions that dismantle systems of oppression that exist in
their work and to improve the collective cultural competence of team members.  
 
Our work helps our partners understand how systems of oppression operate and provides them with the tools to build authentic relationships across racial difference while creating a foundation for ongoing focus on equity moving forward.  
 
Our race and equity professional development, coaching, and consultation services will lay the foundation for our partners  to cultivate a culture of equity in order to position their organization to navigate the diverse landscape of the future.
