Marketing And Business Development Specialist
Location: United States (Remote)
Are you a Marketing/Business Development professional passionate about pursuing opportunities for long-term growth and revenue by developing clients, markets, and relationships. We need a Marketing and Business Development Specialist to:
-
Evaluate current sales performance and identify ways our organization can grow revenue and expand its client base
-
Manage both our existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities
-
Pursue leads and manage their progression through the sales cycle
-
Take a lead role in the development of proposals, presentations, and materials for prospective partners to nurture business opportunities and partnerships
-
Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
-
Have an in-depth knowledge of Overcoming Racism’s business products and value proposition
-
Lead the coordination and implementation of marketing and social media strategies
-
Track performance and report metrics
You have:
-
Strong belief in the principles of intersectional Anti-Racism, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice.

Ability to self-motivate
-
Strong communication, writing and presentation skills.
-
Proven ability to negotiate.
-
Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
-
Ability to build quick rapport with clients and workshop participants.
You may also have:
-
A Bachelor's degree in Business Development, Economics, Finance or Marketing
-
Three years or more of business development or sales and marketing experience.

Data Scientist
Location: United States (Remote)

Do you have a background in qualitative and quantitative data analysis? Are dedicated to helping organizations create more equitable environments and outcomes for their employees and those they serve. Do you believe we can build an equitable society free of systemic oppression?

We need a Data Scientist to:
-
Design, implement, and maintain Overcoming Racism’s equity needs assessment procedures, protocols, and processes
-
Develop equity needs assessment objectives, plans, and scope by reviewing available information and conducting research for each client
-
Write, implement, collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative surveys
-
Prepare audit findings, write audit reports, and develop recommendations
-
Follow up on equity audit findings and execution of recommendations through consultation support such as strategic plan and mission and vision work
You have:
-
Strong belief in the principles of intersectional Anti-Racism, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice.

Ability to self-motivate

Strong communication, writing and facilitation skills.

Fluency in data collection and analysis systems (Qualtrics or similar).

Ability to build quick rapport with clients and workshop participants.

Ability to travel as needed to facilitate audits.
You may also have:

A Bachelor's degree.
-
Three years or more of qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis experience.

Experience communicating audit findings, preparing final report and discussing findings with auditees.
